The Retail Store Manager is responsible for driving store performance, meeting revenue goals, and managing all store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). They will also lead, coach, and develop the store team while ensuring operational excellence and a superior customer experience.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of retail or consumer sales experience, including 3 years in a full accountability management role. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays are required.

Your day to day will consist of facilitating the Customer experience by holding your team accountable to our Customer Commitments. You’ll also partner with your leadership team to drive store performance to meet and exceed revenue and profit goals as well support the operational tasks that keep your store in shape to WOW your Customers.
You’ll be given all the tools and training you need to support your success in your new role through our management training program. Success is measured by your ability to develop your successors and your team’s ability to consistently meet and exceed all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
