The Senior Maintenance Technician oversees daily maintenance activities, supervises technicians, and ensures the safe and efficient operation of all facility equipment. They are responsible for performing repairs, managing spare parts inventory, and coordinating project work across multiple locations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, including carpentry, HVAC, and plumbing. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory.

Facility Management Corporation, known as “FMC Ice Sports” was formed in 1992 to deliver high quality ice sport facility management and operations, as well as ice-based programs that benefit our communities and promote interest in both hockey and skating. We have established a record of quality operations and have grown to be the largest operator of public arenas in the United States. FMC operates 25 public ice skating arenas across the state of Massachusetts in long-term partnership agreements with the Commonwealth and various municipalities as well as educational institutions.
The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for the safe maintenance, repair and efficiency of operation of all equipment and areas of responsibility. Supervises all maintenance technicians and coordinates efforts to ensure all personnel are safely, effectively and correctly performing all daily maintenance activities to ensure maximum production quality and efficiency, while also performing PMs and project work/repairs. Work schedule may include a condensed work week and on-call rotation. Travel to all 26 locations required. Company vehicle provided.

Compensation: $30 - $40 per hour
