The Trauma Quality Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating, and evaluating continuous quality improvement activities and patient safety initiatives. They also oversee regulatory compliance, facilitate peer review processes, and analyze clinical data to improve patient outcomes.
A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a healthcare-related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of related experience and hold a professional healthcare practitioner license.
Summary
The Manager Quality, under the direction of the director of quality, is responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating the continuous quality improvement activities for the quality program. Facilitates and monitors patient safety activities and acts as a resource to the quality team and responsible in educating best practice standards of care, promotes continuous readiness and is responsible for reporting quality indicators in department meetings. Leads the quality team on continuous quality improvement projects using approved tools, designed control, validations, and ensuring adherence to agency regulations.

AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) with 6 months validity
