The Regional Operations Manager oversees daily operational functions, staff optimization, and P&L performance across multiple locations. We strive to maintain a flexible work environment with a warm and welcoming company culture.The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all day to day operational functions across their assigned locations. Responsible for staff optimization, market safety, cross market scaling, implementing efficiencies, P&L optimization, infusing company culture, values and mission, maintaining healthy client relationships, market awareness including seasonality, events and cycles. Accountable to KPI’s including vehicle available hours, rides taken, driver safety scores, client and rider satisfaction scores and account profitability. Regularly report on KPI’s and market trends. Manage new location openings and closings as needed. Lean in to cover for other Regional Operations Managers and work on company projects and initiatives on an as need basis.
Other duties as assigned include special projects, providing backup coverage, and planning and participating in events.
