The AP/AR Lead will manage collections and payables processes while overseeing staff to ensure accurate financial reporting. They will serve as a subject matter expert, driving process improvements and acting as an escalation point for complex accounts.
Candidates should have an associate or bachelor degree in accounting or finance and 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with modern ERP systems like NetSuite are required.

The AP/AR Lead will play a key role in the operational accounting function, owning the collections and payables processes. This position will be responsible for proactively managing aging reports, fostering positive relationships with internal and external partners, and ensuring accuracy of MicroStar’s financial reporting. The AP/AR Lead will serve as a subject matter expert supporting and coaching staff while also helping to drive continuous process improvement.
