The Community Leader is responsible for overseeing on-site operations, including leasing, marketing, and maintaining occupancy rates for a mobile home and RV community. They must also manage resident relations, ensure financial compliance, and conduct regular park inspections to maintain safety and company standards.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of property management or related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are required to perform the essential duties of the role.
Description
Responsible for meeting key park metrics, including occupancy and revenue targets, and overseeing on-site operations of a mobile home and RV community in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and organizational policies and regulations. Must manage and maintain the community with care while consistently modeling the organization’s purpose, values, and standards.
