About the Role

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, converting leads into jobs, negotiating project scope and pricing, and coordinating crews and subcontractors to keep production on schedule and within budget. By overseeing job documentation, production expenses, and staff performance, you will help drive project profitability while maintaining Parker Young's reputation for responsive, high-quality service.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in construction management, business, or a related field a plus.
Experience in restoration, construction, or a related field-services production or project-coordination role.
Strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple active projects, crews, and subcontractors simultaneously.
Valid driver's license and ability to respond to priority or emergency calls as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, or equivalent restoration industry credentials).
Experience with estimating platforms such as Xactimate.
Prior experience training, coaching, or managing production staff.
Familiarity with job costing and production budget management.
Responsibilities
Manage the customer and client experience, communicating production processes, setting expectations, and resolving concerns to drive overall satisfaction.
Provide priority response to potential customers, evaluating needs, consulting on services, and converting leads into jobs.
Develop and negotiate project scope of work and estimates, obtaining customer or client approval on pricing and scope before work begins.
Schedule and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and resources to keep active projects on track, including running daily Work-in-Progress meetings and managing labor budgets and timelines.
Oversee production quality and job-site standards, ensuring work is completed satisfactorily and sites are left clean and orderly.
Manage job file documentation and ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout each project.
Manage production expenses, including labor, damage reimbursement, and operating supply costs, while evaluating job costing and profitability.
Maintain equipment, tools, and assigned work vehicles.
Uphold safe work practices, identifying hazards and ensuring team-wide compliance with safety and risk management guidelines.
Recruit, train, and manage production personnel, including performance coaching, annual reviews, and Parker Young brand compliance.
Pursue ongoing professional development to grow leadership and industry expertise.
Other tasks/duties as required by employer.
Skills
Strong customer and client relationship skills are essential for managing satisfaction, negotiating scope and pricing, and converting leads into completed jobs. Scheduling and production-coordination skills allow you to plan crews and subcontractors, run daily Work-in-Progress meetings, and keep projects moving efficiently from first notice of loss to closeout. Solid documentation and financial skills, including job file management, labor and expense tracking, and job costing, ensure projects stay accurate, compliant, and profitable. Safety awareness and people-management skills, including training, recruiting, and coaching production staff, help you build a reliable, high-performing team. Preferred skills like IICRC certification and estimating-platform experience further strengthen your ability to scope, price, and deliver projects with confidence.
