As a Mitigation Property Specialist, you will manage the customer and client experience from first response through project completion, ensuring mitigation projects are scoped accurately, scheduled efficiently, and delivered to Parker Young's quality and safety standards. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, converting leads into jobs, negotiating project scope and pricing, and coordinating crews and subcontractors to keep production on schedule and within budget. By overseeing job documentation, production expenses, and staff performance, you will help drive project profitability while maintaining Parker Young's reputation for responsive, high-quality service.
Strong customer and client relationship skills are essential for managing satisfaction, negotiating scope and pricing, and converting leads into completed jobs. Scheduling and production-coordination skills allow you to plan crews and subcontractors, run daily Work-in-Progress meetings, and keep projects moving efficiently from first notice of loss to closeout. Solid documentation and financial skills, including job file management, labor and expense tracking, and job costing, ensure projects stay accurate, compliant, and profitable. Safety awareness and people-management skills, including training, recruiting, and coaching production staff, help you build a reliable, high-performing team. Preferred skills like IICRC certification and estimating-platform experience further strengthen your ability to scope, price, and deliver projects with confidence.
