About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Main Event Coordinator to support the delivery of executive learning programs, leadership events, and strategic initiatives for a leading global financial institution in New York City.
This is a hands-on role that combines event management, logistics coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring leadership development programs and high-profile corporate events are executed seamlessly from planning through delivery.

What You'll Do
Program & Event Coordination
Coordinate end-to-end logistics for leadership development programs, training initiatives, and executive events.
Manage schedules, timelines, milestones, and readiness activities to ensure successful program delivery.
Support participant registration, communications, and administration.
Coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups, vendors, and internal teams.
Track project deliverables and maintain operational excellence throughout the event lifecycle.
Venue & Vendor Management
Coordinate event venues, hotels, meeting spaces, catering, and onsite logistics.
Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and venue partners.
Oversee room setup, signage, branding, event materials, and participant resources.
Conduct venue walkthroughs and ensure readiness before program launch.
Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively to maintain a seamless event experience.
Onsite Event Delivery
Provide onsite support for leadership programs, workshops, and executive events.
Coordinate facilitators, speakers, ambassadors, venue teams, and suppliers during delivery.
Manage last-minute changes and operational requests with professionalism and urgency.
Ensure a high-quality participant experience throughout all events.
Maintain exceptional standards of execution in a live event environment.
