Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and possess at least three years of experience in operations or education. Strong project management skills and the ability to maintain complex organizational systems are required.

About the team
For this Assistant Director of School Operations position, you’ll be working for our high school in north Philadelphia called TECH Freire Charter School (9th-12th Grade): Freire Schools’ established rigorous college-prep high school program is infused with technology and entrepreneurship education to unlock creativity and potential in our students. We have a culture that demands excellence from our students while providing them the supports they need to achieve at high levels and prepare for college. TECH Freire’s Class of 2025 included 88 graduates, with 89% accepted to four-year colleges and universities. Together, they earned $9.4 million in scholarships and will attend more than 100 unique colleges across the country. Be a part of this incredible community!
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you'll be responsible for working with the leadership and staff at TECH Freire Charter School to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You'll play a critical role in student recruitment and admissions needs along with other duties in relation to report cards, events, and after-school activities.
You're the person who keeps TECH Freire's daily operations running smoothly and efficiently, bringing sharp organizational instincts, a bias toward action, and an unwavering belief in our students' capacity for success, while exuding and cultivating our values of equity, love, critical thinking, and diversity in everything you do.
The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000. We offer a competitive salary based on your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision, and more. Pennsylvania employees are enrolled in Freire’s 403(b) retirement plan which includes a 5% contribution from Freire.
