You foster a welcoming culture by supporting onboarding efforts for new colleagues and by setting the tone for consistent service from the start.
You help maintain a shoppable spaceby recovering fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, helping with support functions in the store, and jumping in on merchandise moves-keeping the floor looking great throughout the day.
You help the team Finish Strong - by reminding them to share Loyalty benefits, making sure customers leave with everything they need, and ending each interaction with a sincere thank-you, often using the customer’s name and adding a personal touch.
