This pivotal role will work directly with leadership teams to understand, anticipate and drive recruitment and talent related strategies across IHG Corporate Functions in the Americas. You will effectively lead overall Executive Recruitment initiatives and strategies. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle executive search process from the initial briefing/strategy meeting to sourcing of passive candidates through to a successful hire being made.
Your day to day
Working closely with the business and HR Business Partners, this role is responsible for:
Managing hiring initiatives and developing strategies for identifying and attracting Head of and above talent across all functional areas, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience.
Develop search strategies, conduct research and present qualified candidates for searches
Leverage talent landscape knowledge and insights from analytics to build and inform hiring strategies and decisions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and executive leadership
Proactively build a pipeline of highly qualified and diverse talent
Champion Executive Recruiting within the region, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
What we need from you
Excellent spoken and written English. Additional languages are a plus but not essential
10 plus years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally having worked both in Executive Search firm and corporate settings including 5 plus years of executive recruiting experience
Exceptional ability to Influence key stakeholders and decision makers
Strong interpersonal, relationship building and client management skills
Adept at pushing back when necessary or challenging the status quo
Strong project management with a desire to drive strong outcomes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, dealing with change and ambiguity
Possess sound business ethics and show consistency between principles, values, and behaviors
A naturally curious personality that is always keen to ensure external market is explored with a view to adapting for internal use
Ability to work both at a strategic level and at a very tactical level, and flex between the two with ease.
High energy and engaging, a natural team player, influencer of many and a drive and spirit for all to see.
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $84,000 to $140,000. This role is also eligible for bonus. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
