Print and mail production workflows, document generation, printing, inserting, and postage metering, in alignment with daily SLAs and production schedules
Operate and maintain high-volume production print and mail equipment, including printers, inserters, and postage systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime
Monitor and manage print queues, job prioritization, and workflow throughput across multiple systems to ensure timely and accurate mail delivery
Perform detailed quality assurance checks on output, including data accuracy, formatting, and regulatory compliance for all outgoing mailings
Validate and reconcile production outputs against source data and business rules to ensure integrity and audit readiness
Maintain inventory controls for print materials, supplies, and consumables
Prepare and transfer completed mailings to USPS in compliance with postal regulations and internal processing standards
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel
Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM with strong data entry accuracy
At least 1 year of data entry or related experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and escalate issues when appropriate
Demonstrated ability to accept feedback and make sound decisions
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
Ability to work in an on-site office environment
Additional Requirements
Must pass drug test, MVD check, background check, and fingerprinting
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (typically 8-hour shifts)
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
